障害者雇用の勉強会を行いました。講師は静岡障害者職業センターの主任障害者職業カウンセラー様にお願いし、

1.なぜ、障害者雇用を進めるか。

2.障害にはどういったものがあるの？

3.障害特性を踏まえた雇用管理の進め方。

4.サポート体制づくりのために。

の内容でお話をして頂きました。
